Join family and friends in this spacious holiday home, within easy reach of the stunning West Wales coast. The picturesque coastal town of New Quay, with its glorious sandy beaches, is 8 miles away, and you can enjoy a day trip to Aberystwyth (27 miles). The property has a choice of areas for socialising, including a spacious lounge with a cosy wood burner, a formal dining area, and a games room.

Leave your walking boots in the porch and head into the stylish abode, where a warm welcome awaits thanks to the cosy underfloor heating. The homely lounge is a delightful place to unwind in the evening, watching a movie on the Smart TV as you warm your toes by the wood burner. From here, head through to the dining area, where a wooden table provides the perfect setting for dinner parties and family celebrations. The dining area opens onto the gorgeous kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to rustle up tasty feasts for the group. A handy shower room completes the ground floor. When it’s time for bed, climb the stairs to discover three inviting bedrooms, all decorated in calm tones for a good night’s rest. The family bathroom rounds off this fabulous coastal retreat. Outside, dine alfresco on the enclosed patio, before heading through the gate and across the lawn to the games cabin, for a game of pool, table tennis, or darts. Alternatively, sink into the wood-fired hot tub and admire the tranquil views of the garden. The garden offers direct access to a footpath leading to the village and local pub.

New Quay boasts three sandy beaches, all with their own personality and charm. Within the town, you’ll find many companies offering a whole host of water sports, and you can also join fishing trips or wildlife-watching excursions from the harbour. A great way to explore the town is via the Dylan Thomas Trail, which follows in the footsteps of the town’s most famous former resident. From New Quay, it’s easy to take a day trip to the vibrant university town of Aberystwyth, where you’ll find a great range of shops and eateries, as well as a Victorian promenade, cliff railway, and camera obscura.
