Wander along the woodland trails in Hafren Fforest (8 miles away), take a picnic to enjoy at one of the picturesque viewpoints at Llyn Clywedog (5.5 miles away) and visit the historic remains of the Bryntail Lead Mine buildings (3.5 miles) at the southern end of the reservoir. A must-see for wildlife lovers is Glaslyn Nature Reserve (12 miles) with its stunning moorland flowers. For shops, pubs, and cafes pop into Llanidloes, with amenities from just under 650 metres from the property.
