The 2013 Good Beach Guide recommends North Wales Beaches for coastal self-catering
North Wales has a magnificent coastline and fabulous beaches from small sheltered coves to great stretches of wide sandy beach several miles long. The 2013 Beach Guide is compiled by the Marine Conservation Society, the UK charity that cares for our seas, shores and wildlife. ‘Good Beach Guide Recommended’ is their gold standard for excellent water quality. Recommended Beaches in North Wales include Abersoch and Pwllheli on the Lleyn peninsula, Dinas Dinlle (south-west of Caernarfon) and Penmaenmawr and Colwyn Bay on the north coast.
