The Bear Grylls Survival Academy has teamed up with the Dragon Raiders Ltd activity park in Criccieth, on the Lleyn Peninsula, to offer survival courses for children and adults alike interested in learning these potentially life-saving skills! Launching on the 12th April, half-day survival courses, suitable for everyone aged 10 or over, give a taster of what the survival academy is all about.

Come with the family, or groups of friends and through fun tasks and challenges hopefully learn all the skills necessary to complete the final test of the session ‘Escape from Cabin Wood’!

The Dragon Raiders site also has great facilities for paintballing! Anyone over the age of 11 can have a go with a choice of activities from the shooting gallery to 4 different game zones spread throughout the woodland. Wales Holidays has a great selection of cottages throughout the Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia and you can browse all our cottages, with up-to-date availability and a secure booking facility, on our website.

Alternatively our office is open 7 days a week on 01686 628200 and we are here to help you find the perfect property. Still available over the Easter holidays is Y Bwthyn, near Pwllheli. This delightful cosy cottage sleeps 4, has a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom and the lounge features a fantastic inglenook fireplace with a multi-fuel burner. French windows lead out onto the secluded patio and the garden has views of The Rivals and Snowdon.
