  • Courtyard garden with seating for al fresco dining
Property code: FB143

This cosy cottage enjoys an enviable position, within 0.5 miles of Tenby’s sandy beaches, colourful harbour, and fabulous shops and eateries. The property sleeps four guests and suits both couples and small families, with a choice of reception rooms and an enclosed courtyard that’s ideal for children and dogs. Nearby family days out include Oakwood Theme Park (11.5 miles) and Folly Farm (6.5 miles).

The terraced cottage is warm and welcoming, with traditional furniture and homely touches throughout. In the evenings, you’ll have a choice of two lounges to relax in, both with comfortable seating and a TV – perfect if you can’t all agree on what to watch! A bright and airy kitchen/diner has everything you need to rustle up tasty dishes, and the cute dining table by the window provides the ideal spot for family mealtimes. Cottage-style stairs lead to the first floor and two of the bedrooms, one of which is a bunk bedroom. There is also a family bathroom on this level. The remaining bedroom – a double – is an attic bedroom with sloping ceilings and exposed beams. Outside, enjoy al fresco dining in the sunny, enclosed courtyard.

Your nearest stretch of sand is South Beach, which is the most spacious of all of Tenby’s beaches. Build sandcastles here, share a family picnic, or swim in the shallow waters, all whilst admiring the magnificent views. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes through the town, and the section from Tenby to Saundersfoot (4.5 miles) is particularly scenic, with spectacular vistas from Monkstone Point. If you fancy a day on the water, head down to the harbour to join a fishing trip or hop on a boat to visit Caldey Island.

Lovely house in a great central location. Loved Tenby too. It was good to have a small outdoor area at the back as we benefited from good weather during our stay.

Our 3rd year staying at this property. Really well situated within the town added bonus of a small courtyard garden, perfect for dogs. House has lots of space, upstairs is modern and bright, downstairs could maybe do with an upgrade but is still comfortable and spacious. Would definitely come back again, and may do for our 4th year!

Stairs to attic bedroom were difficult to manage. Both my son and daughter in law, who are in their late twenties slipped on the stairs. Second lounge suffered from damp on former external wall.

Really nice cottage, very clean, well equipped and well stocked kitchen. Small courtyard garden really good and a big plus for Tenby. Can't fault the location, within easy walk of town centre, shops, pubs and harbour and beaches. Particularly close to the only dog friendly beach in Tenby, South Beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay, 2nd time we have booked here. House is always beautifully clean, every home comfort you would need. We love the fact it has its own courtyard garden which is hard to come by in tenby. Great location, right in the heart of things without being noisy. Would definitely recommend and would book again
