This bright and appealing holiday home is located in the popular village of Aberdyfi, only 150 metres from the beach, shops and places to eat and drink. It enjoys lovely views from its elevated position, and is ideal for families or friends wanting to enjoy days at the seaside or hike the trails of southern Snowdonia.
Climb the external steps to the front door of this lovely house and, once inside, you’ll find a light-filled, open-plan space that’s perfect for relaxed gatherings, whether sat around the dining table or snuggled up on the sofas. Admire the superb views, play a board game, listen to music on the Bluetooth stereo, or simply relax with a movie on the Smart TV. For fresh air and that inside/outside feeling, slide open the glazed doors to the garden. In the kitchen you’ll find plenty of cupboard and worktop space, ready for creating all kinds of holiday feasts. When you start to feel tired, head upstairs to find three tranquil bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a bunk-bed room for two (with 3’ beds), all with ample storage, as well as a family bathroom with a trendy pastel-coloured bath. Outside areas front and back allow you to follow the sun, with dining furniture on the front terrace and relaxed seating in the rear courtyard, ideal for a morning coffee or a pre-dinner drink.
Aberdyfi is in a beautiful setting at the mouth of the River Dyfi, and its fabulous, 4-mile beach is popular for swimming and water sports. Book a boat trip from the harbour, or try your hand at crab fishing from the jetty. The 18-hole golf course is another major attraction and, after you’ve spent the day walking in the national park, there’s a good choice of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
