Treat your small family and two canine companions to a luxury break in North Wales in this elegantly converted barn with far-reaching countryside views and a hot tub. With crisp white interiors and an open-plan living layout, this property is perfect for socialising with your loved ones after a long day exploring the Snowdonia National Park or the Glydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Towel down muddy dogs in the boot room and kick off your shoes before making yourself at home in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Next to the glass patio doors is a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen with wooden worktops on the one-wall fitted unit. After cooking a hearty meal, dine together at the contemporary table with wooden chairs for four. Walk down two steps into the cosy lounge area with an ‘L’-shaped sofa covered in plush cushions in front of the Smart TV. Climb the stairs to reach the two bedrooms – a romantic double with an en-suite and a twin room with bespoke 3’ single beds and an en-suite. Outside is a garden with a patio, furniture, a BBQ and an inflatable hot tub. There is also a separate utility room accessed from the garden.

Venture into Snowdonia National Park (6.5 miles) and hike around Llyn Tegid lake (10 miles) or Afon Tryweryn lake (12 miles). Lovely cottage. Great location. Could do with a stair gate to keep dogs downstairs as the owners request that they do not go up. Think its time for new mattresses.

Lovely, friendly hosts, and there was a welcome basket waiting for us on arrival. The cottage was clean and beautifully presented. The views and sunsets were just beautiful - and, huge bonus, we even fed a lamb! Would definitely recommend.

Stunning setting, in fantastic countryside. The only downside to the property is a height issue. My Brother in law and my self are just over 6 ft and really struggled with the bedrooms and the ensuites. They are a hinderance for someone who is tall, as there is no head room.

We had a very relaxing break. The barn is absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an excellent bonus too! The location was also idyllic with beautiful views of the rolling hills and fields. The stream running through the farm was so lovely and our dogs had great fun splashing about in it. Wed love to come back soon!

Lovely cottage within beautiful surroundings. Very well presented throughout. Peaceful and quite. only issue with the web site description is the village is 1.5 miles away accessible via several fields but not on foot on the road. As this is 60mph with no pavement. A lovely little dwelling with stunning views especially whilst evening dining. Quite central for places to visit. Be careful if taking small children as there is a steep drop from the patio with no railing. A few improvements can be made to make the stay more comfortable, still a lovely start of a stay away from home.
