Get away with a large group of friends or family plus your four-legged friends at this spacious farmhouse surrounded by beautiful countryside in the Brecon Beacons. There are lovely views from the large lawned garden and a hot tub in the walled terrace, it also has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, a games room, and a wood burner, and is perfect for walking in the Brecon Beacons and visiting local towns.

Sitting on a working farm, this inviting home from home has plenty of space, welcoming interiors, and everything you need for a wonderful break. Go into the lounge, a lovely, light space with exposed beams and wooden flooring, a cosy wood burner and a TV. The spacious, contemporary kitchen/diner has a Rayburn stove and oven, a dining table and chairs, and another TV, there’s also a second kitchen which leads to another cosy living area with French doors to the large, decked veranda. There’s a utility room, a separate WC, one of the king-size bedrooms and a wet room on the ground floor too. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, a super-king-size bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, another king-size room, a double bedroom, and a welcoming twin. Completing this floor is a well-appointed family bathroom and a games room with table football and a Smart TV. Outside is a huge lawn and a luxurious hot tub on the terrace where you can sit and dine alfresco. There’s also a secure shed for storing bikes and beach gear.

Explore Brecon’s shops, cafes, and eateries (6.5 miles), admire the cathedral and visit the historic market town of Bulith Wells (11 miles). There are seemingly endless scenic walks in the Brecon Beacons (4 miles), with Pen-y-Fan, the highest peak in South Wales, just 14.5 miles away.

The house is in a stunning location and is very peaceful. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 (six adults and four children) with flexible sleeping arrangements, a games area on the first floor landing with table football and snooker, and books, games and puzzles for children of all ages. A lovely farmhouse for families and groups to gather, plenty of room for sharing meals, games but also areas to chill out and relax. Hot tub was fab. Pet owners will love the gardens but be aware that leads need to be on at all times as there is a steep drop onto a field of the main garden, in case your dogs are curious or mischevious. The property and hosts are absolutely amazing! The house was lovely a spacious, the cows opposite are so friendly and both children and adults loved them! Prefect location for lots of walking and time outside. Josie and George are super helpful with any questions and so friendly to chat to! Would 100% recommend we loved every second!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cwmfforch to celebrate a special anniversary. The property is very spacious, ideal for more than 1 family as plenty of room to not get under each others feet! The owners were very approachable and helpful and the area has stunning scenery. We made some very special memories during our week.

What a brilliant property, we absolutely loved our stay. A group of ten friends & two spaniels, plenty of space for everyone and very much enjoyed the hot tub, garden and multiple reception rooms. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for a large group. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous house in a beautiful location. We were 6 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all.
