Step into the welcoming embrace of this single-storey barn, accessed via a farm track winding through magnificent woodland. Embrace creature comforts with underfloor heating and a snug wood burner as you enter the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The stylish kitchen area, with French doors leading to the garden, sets the scene for group gatherings and culinary adventures using locally sourced produce. Gather around the dining table to plan your holiday escapades before heading to the comfortable sofas for cosy evenings in front of the Smart TV or by the soothing glow of the wood burner. Choose from one king-size and one twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) for restful nights and breathtaking views to greet you each morning. Outside, the enclosed garden beckons with a picnic bench, charcoal BBQ, and a deck leading to another inviting seating area. Delight in al fresco dining surrounded by the natural splendour of the area, complete with a nature reserve, captivating woodlands, and a path leading up to the majestic Pumlumon Mountain.

Embark on outdoor adventures aplenty, with the highest summit, Pumlumon, beckoning in the distance and Glyndwr's Way footpath weaving through picturesque landscapes. Discover the sandy shores of Aberdyfi along the Dyfi Valley Way, tracing a path alongside the meandering River Dyfi and Aberdyfi Estuary. A visit to the vibrant historic market town of Machynlleth (4 miles) promises quirky shops, inviting restaurants, and charming cafes, while MOMA Wales showcases inspiring modern Welsh art and crafts. The unmade road to the property is a mile long. It is full of potholes and very uneaven in places. This information should be given before booking. A few things need fixing. Some sockets and lamps didn't work. The windows need a good clean. Only one saucepan lid. One door didn't lock on arrival but was later fixed. The location was stunning, especiRead moreally if you are interested in nature recovery projects. Hide
