It’s also dog friendly, inviting you to explore the nearby Clwydian Range & Dee Valley National Landscape (4.5 miles) and Snowdonia National Park (11 miles) with your energetic doggo leading the way. Discover a world of excursions from the historic market town of Bala (12.5 miles), exploring the mountains, forestland, valleys and lakes that surround this lively locale.

Park up and wander into the pretty garden, noticing the hot tub, outdoor dining set, charcoal BBQ and secure storage spots for bikes, canoes and paddleboards out here. This spaciousness continues inside the property, with the ground floor offering a lounge, kitchen, dining room and a downstairs shower room. The living area is instantly appealing with its cushy sofas, Smart TV and wood burner, inviting you to get curled up and comfortable when the elements are cold and dreary outside. Moving upstairs, the first floor is laid out as a king-size bedroom with a separate dressing room just next door. There’s an additional single bed in the dressing room, ideal for those who prefer to sleep separately. There is private parking for one car.

Travel 20 miles to Betws-y-Coed to begin your Snowdonia adventure, getting to know this gateway village with a wander along its pretty streets. There are award-winning eateries and independently owned shops on offer, and you can start here for a hike through the Gwydyr Forest that surrounds the property. Blaenau Ffestiniog (29 miles) is a similarly appealing place to visit, a real epicentre of adventure for Snowdonia activities, including zip lining and mountain biking.

• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £20. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
