A spectacular barn conversion with stunning sea views, a private hot tub and an outdoor kitchen. Escape to this rural spot with your group of 12 and enjoy a getaway in North Wales exploring the coast and country.

Once a granary, now thoughtfully converted into a luxurious retreat, this stunning barn boasts stylish decor mixed with traditional features. Leave your walking gear in the hallway and then head into the bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner. Set underneath exposed beams against stone walls, this is a sociable space with a warming wood burner to keep you toasty. Rustle up delicious meals for the guests in the beautifully crafted kitchen and then rest in the lounge space. A separate mezzanine provides a great spot for taking some time out and getting stuck into a good book. The six bedrooms are situated on both the ground and first floor. Two king-size bedrooms both of which benefit from en-suite shower rooms, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom are all on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and boasts spectacular views, along with an en-suite bathroom. Completing the interior is another king-size bedroom with an en-suite, a twin bedroom, and a separate bathroom and WC. Outside, the large patio has plenty of seating for al fresco dining, alongside an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, a pizza oven and a BBQ. You can also sit back and relax in the bubbling hot tub. Private parking for five cars is also available, as well as an EV charging point.

If you can tear yourselves away from this lovely rural spot, you will find the rolling Clwydian Range (7 miles), with walks of varying difficulty, as well as opportunities to bird watch. If you prefer to kick back and relax, the stunning, sandy shores of Abergele are 13 miles from the property, and the delightful towns of Conwy and Llandudno are also within easy reach (24 miles).
