Admire the AONB scenery of the Llyn Peninsula with a trip to Nefyn, staying in this ever-accommodating family property that’s just a moment from the beach. The property enjoys a marvellous position with seafood eateries, pubs and shops all just walking distance away, allowing six guests to leave the cars at home and mosey out in search of fun. An endless array of outdoor appeals lay waiting to be discovered close by, including golf at a famed local golf course (2 miles), an array of walks along the rugged coastal path and surfing on the many golden sand beaches in the vicinity.
Minimal aesthetics and neutral colouring make this space a blank canvas on which to write your holiday, ideal for making memories as a group. Take a flight of stairs up to the elevated lounge/diner with lovely views out across the village and ample comfy seating for both dining and late-night relaxation. Spend time perfecting a recipe in the kitchen next door, ideally with a catch of the day sourced locally in Nefyn. Before dinner, let young ones steal away for some time on the console in the games room on the second floor. Three bedrooms and a bathroom complete the property’s interior, and you’ll need to head out the back to find the enclosed patio space with outdoor furniture for your alfresco evenings.
Steeped in maritime history, explore the beautiful streets of Nefyn before moving towards the beach (500 metres) for ball games, sand and sunbathing. Whilst conditions for surfing are sometimes good in Nefyn, we recommend taking boards and wetsuits down to Porth Towyn Beach (6 miles) or Porthor Beach (13 miles) to really capture those incredible waves. If you prefer to stay dry during outdoor excursions, lace up your walking boots to explore the outstanding beauty of the surrounding countryside or move towards the Snowdonia National Park, 15 miles away.
