This charming apartment has been decorated with care and style; it includes home comforts for a relaxing seaside getaway. Light and airy rooms offer plenty of space for couples, friends or families to unwind in style, with glorious sea views to enjoy from the huge balcony. For anyone who loves surfing, swimming, rock pooling, sunbathing or building sandcastles, the apartment is set the perfect location for exploration of the famous beaches of Gower. A stroll of less than 0.5 miles takes you down a steep hill to the family-friendly Langland Bay Beach, where there’s lifeguard cover in the warmer months and a choice of places to eat. Tennis courts and a golf course back onto the beach, and from here you can also walk the beautiful coastal path. Bracelet Bay is just 2.5 miles, and the world-renowned Rhossili Bay is within 16 miles. In the cosmopolitan village of Mumbles, 1.5 miles, you’ll find a host of characterful shops and galleries, delicious eateries where you can try local seafood or ice cream, a Victorian pier and the majestic Oystermouth Castle, a Norman ruin with fabulous views.

Enter the building via the steps and walk up one set of stairs (or use the lift) to the second floor, where you’ll find your front door. From the large hallway, enter the impressive living space, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. This sociable room is full of light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling sliding windows. Take a seat in the armchair or one of the long sofas and drink in the views of sea, sand and sky. If you’re in need of extra entertainment after a day of surfing the waves – there’s a Smart TV and an Xbox One. The sleek kitchen at the far end comes well-equipped for holiday cookery, whether you’re whizzing up a hearty Welsh breakfast or producing a gourmet meal with some local produce. There are two king-size bedrooms and one super king-size which can be made up as a twin on request. They all offer the same airy, coastal vibe, with plenty of space, ample storage and high-quality furnishings. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the balcony. Completing the interior is a family shower room.

For fresh air, morning cuppas, sundowners and alfresco meals, the huge balcony runs the length of the apartment and is furnished for both relaxing and dining. Its extraordinary views will entice you outside day and night. There is one non-designated parking space and one garage space available, then street parking on the curb by the lawn if available.
