Cottages in Moelfre
Moelfre is a pretty little seaside village on the east coast of Anglesey deservedly popular with visitors. The village has a rich maritime history, with a statue in depicting the tragic story of the Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. Moelfre has a working lifeboat and popular Seawatch Centre, a dog friendly pebble and sand beach and family friendly exploring to be had. The cliff top walking here is particularly good and the nearby sandy beaches at Lligwy and Benllech are stunning and boat trips can be taken for fishing, sightseeing or bird and dolphin watching. Don’t miss Anns Pantry a pretty little coastal café serving homemade goodies, which has a sweet little decorated shelter in the garden, where you can sit and enjoy the views.
