Description

Pen Tarw Isaf forms one half of this former farm building on the owners’ working farm, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills just north of the Brecon Beacons National Park, 8 miles from Brecon, 5.5 miles north of Sennybridge and 7 miles from Trecastle. Excellent walking in the area and plenty to do on site, too! The cottage sleeps 4, has parking on site, raised decking from which to enjoy the lovely views and shared facilities including a children’s climbing frame and swings, table tennis, pool and other games.

This cottage benefits from WiFi, a woodburning stove, oil central heating (underfloor downstairs, radiators upstairs) and has an electric car charging point.

Ground Floor:

Cloakroom: WC and basin.

Kitchen Diner: with fitted units, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; table and four chairs. Boiler room useful for drying coats and boots.

Dining Room: a spacious room with beamed ceiling, exposed stone walling, slate tiled floor, lovely oak dining table and chairs to seat up to 10 guests; telescope.

Sitting Room: up one step from the dining area, with plenty of comfortable seating, wood burning stove, flatscreen Freesat TV, DVD player, music centre.

Bedroom 1: with king size bed, built-in clothes storage.

En Suite: with bath, WC, basin, shaver point, extractor fan and heated towel rail.
