This traditional stone house retains many original features, such as beamed walls and ceilings, inglenook fireplace and slate floors. Full of character, the house (attached but entirely separate from the adjacent property) has an enclosed rear terraced and sloping garden, WiFi, central heating and a wood burning stove. The house sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. (Please note that two additional second floor bedrooms will be inaccessible. For larger parties of up to 8 guests, please see Ty Mawr WAD346.) Ty Llai is in the heart of Mid Wales, in the hamlet of Bontdolgadfan, 2.5 miles from Llanbrynmair (which has a village shop and pub) and 13 miles from the historic market town of Machynlleth, in the south of the Snowdonia National Park.

Rear Hall: with access to shower room, boiler/utility room and door to rear garden.

Shower Room: contemporary fittings including walk-in shower enclosure with electric shower, basin with lit mirror and shaver point above, WC, heated towel rail, extractor fan.

Steeply sloping, enclosed rear garden; patio area at ground floor level, then steps up to further decking patio area and sloping grassed garden, mature trees and shrubs. The garden is not really suitable for the infirm or very young children. From the garden, the stream which runs through the village can be heard as it tumbles downhill.
Parking: one parking space to the side of the house, in front of the garage; space for one small car to the front of the house on the lane.
