This converted stone barn has been turned into a beautiful beamed cottage only 1.5 miles from Llangadog, between Llandovery and Llandeilo. Situated on the owner's 77 acre working farm with sheep and cattle. Great central location for attractions and activities.

The Cottage comprises two bedrooms - a double bedroom with an additional single bed, and a twin bedroom. The downstairs bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Newly fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven and table with bench seating. Attractive lounge/dining room with Freeview TV and DVD, and spiral staircase up to the bedrooms. Heating by electric fires and night storage heaters. Wifi also available.

The private rear garden has a patio area, lawn, table and chairs and a barbecue. The cottage is located in the Parish of Myddfai; known for the legend of ‘The Physicians of Myddfai’, and location of H.R.H. Prince of Wales’ residence in Wales Llwynywermod – excellent for walking from Myddfai Community Hall & Visitor Centre, which has a superb gift shop and cafe. A great central location for bird watching (red kites etc), walking in the Brecon Beacons National Park, National Botanic Garden of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, Dolaucothi Goldmines, Dinefwr Park and Castle, Carreg Cennen Castle and Dan-yr-Ogof Caves. 30 miles to the sandy beaches on the Gower Peninsula.
