The property was excellent, as were the hosts. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Mr Mitchell A,

Ty Isa was in impeccable condition, from the cleanliness, quality of furnishings, to the property itself. The views were even more impressive than in the images. I can't think of any improvements!

Mrs Henna S,

Beautiful property, stunning setting, perfect location!

Mrs Melanie A,

We have had the most wonderful week staying here at Ty Isa - we even extended our stay by another night! The setting is simply breath-taking, and the cottage is 5*. It has everything we could of needed – a real home from home. Es, you have been the perfect host and the scones you baked for us on our arrival were amazing. Other than drive around taking in the wonderful views of North Wales, we have visited our favourite Lake – Lyn Geirionyd (LL27 OHX), been on the forest roller-coaster at Zip World (LL24 OHX), visited Conwy Castle and the UK’s smallest house, took a trip to Cheshire Oaks (only 40 mins away) to visit the cinema and shops. We also ate out at the Black Lion Pub (only 5 mins away, LL22 8RY). But most of all we have relaxed and enjoyed the ambience of the cottage and the Hot Tub! We have had a perfect week of no rain too! Our first stay here and it definitely won’t be our last. Diolch

Mrs M A,

From the minute we walked through the door, we knew we were going to have a fantastic stay. Such a beautiful cottage with such beautiful surroundings. Everything was perfect, everything was so well thought out. The hot tub was amazing in all weathers. We enjoyed everything about it. We will be booking again for next year having found the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. We shall definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for everything.

Previous Customer,

Lovely modern cottage. Great log burner on cold nights. Hot tub was great for relaxing after long days sightseeing in Llandudno, Llanberis to name just a few places visited. Many thanks.

Previous Customer,

Had such a brilliant weekend + the cottage couldn't have been any more perfect! Loved the hot tub in particular + had fun with all the board games. Shame you can't control the weather for us but still had a great time visiting Conwy Castle doing an escape room! P.S loved seeing the cows!

Previous Customer,

Best mini break away! Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing week away. Definitely our new holiday home. Thanks for a great stay!

Sayed & A,

Thank you for a lovely six night stay. Such a stunning property set in a gorgeous location. The hosts were very accommodating and the welcome hamper was a nice additional handy touch. Relaxing in the hot tub with your loved one gazing at the stars is truly memorable. Netflix while there's a log burner to keep you cosy and warm is highly recommended. *P.S, Keep an eye out for deer in the field*.

Previous Customer,

What a perfect place to stay! The cottage is amazing and left us wanting for nothing. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife from the hot tub we spotted Deer, Rabbits, Woodpecker, bats, squirrel's and pheasants!! Would highly recommend the Black Lion Hotel for a superb meal (we went twice!) Our Highlight of the week, watching shooting starts in the hot tub. We will 100% be booking again! Thank you for a perfect stay Es + Iwan! xxx

Previous Customer,

Well, we have loved every moment of staying at this beautiful cottage & location. Thank you so much for providing all the home comforts and luxurious details. Visited Abber falls, long and glorious walk. A train ride to Snowdon is a must. Low ride walk along Colwyn Bay and then a visit to Llandudno Pier (parking after 4pm is free!) Fabulous. Travelled to Wrexham to visit Eddigg, where tie has stopped. Highlight of the week - Hot tub, Cows and Rain. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

Previous Customer,

Our first little family holiday, and what a wonderful holiday it has been! Time really has flown. A beautiful cottage in a fantastic location - we live down a lane, but enjoyed passing the dairy cows morning and evening, as we come from a big sheep's farming area. Highly recommend trips to Conwy and Llandudno, and food at The black Lion is a real musty! Thank you very much for a great time.

Previous Customer,

A wonderful cottage in an idyllic setting. Visited the lovely Conwy with its castle and quayside. The wee one loved the visit to Foel Farm, Anglesey. Black Lion is great for dinner. Try Rob's Fish and Chips in Pensarn - it's fantastic! Please remember to leave time to enjoy this wonderful cottage and the silence. A fantastic family week. Thanks!

Previous Customer,

Such a gem of a cottage and very comfortable! You really have thought of everything and we could not have been made more welcome. Beautiful countryside. Lots to see and do in the area. Black Lion pub was great and Red Chilli Indian in Abergele for a cosy night in with a take away. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and unwinding in the hot tub.

Previous Customer,

Beautiful property, remote, quiet, great views. Hot tub is a fabulous addition to a perfect house.

Mrs Debra S,

10 out of 0! We have loved our stay here. The perfect location to relax and unwind. Great views from the hot tub, the boys have enjoyed a dip at the end of the day. We enjoyed Betws y Coed, great for paddling in the river, fish & chips, great little cafes in a picturesque setting. Swallow falls waterfalls is worth a walk. Zip World was great fun for all ages. Tree top nets was great for younger kids and the zip safari for older kids. We also enjoyed Conwy Town - we visited the castle, walked the castle walls. Visited the smallest house in the UK on the Quayside. Llandudno offers a traditional seaside experience. Last but not least we enjoyed a bracing walk from Rhos-on-sea to Colwyn Bay. Thank you for a lovely warm welcome, we have enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Previous Customer,

We had a wonderful stay, will definitely recommend and return as soon as we can. Es and Iwan were great.
