Relax in the hot tub of this detached stone cottage and drink in the spectacular sea and country views high above Cardigan Bay. The secluded, pet-friendly property is set on a farm, with sheep and cattle in the surrounding fields, and a wonderful vista of the River Dyfi as it meets the sea. Other country features include a Rayburn in the kitchen alongside the oven and a wood burner in the comfortable lounge. Upstairs are two super-king-size bedrooms, and a further two bedrooms, each with small, 4′ double beds to sleep one. Outside, an enclosed rear garden has splendid views of the sea and houses the luxurious hot tub, together with a table, seating and BBQ.

Cyclists can enjoy peaceful rides down quiet country lanes. Take your pets for a romp on beautiful, dog-friendly beaches at Ynys Las (5 miles) and Borth (7 miles), a favourite spot for surfing. In the lively seaside town of Aberystwyth (9 miles), board the delightful Vale of Rheidol steam railway to climb 200 metres through glorious scenery to the Devil’s Bridge, with its famous waterfalls. We absolutely loved staying here! We didn't have the best weather but couldnt have asked for a better host and location. The view from the hot tub over looking Dyfi estuary and cader Idris are spectacular on a clear day. Was the best way to spend my 30th.

We had great stay at your cottage. Hot tub was ready from the first minute of our arrival! 37.5 degrees was the water temperature, so nice. Log burner was actually my favourite, we had enough wood to keep the magical evenings. Can you think about anything better than coming out from the hot tub and popping into living room where the log burner is oRead moren? Thanks for having us. Maybe we will see you again in summer? Cheers, Marek and the family Hide

Overall the cottage was a good standard for comfort and location. However the reason for lower scores is for the kitchenware. Knives were blunt, frying pans were well worn and we noticed under the microwave had not been cleaned. If these things were to be addressed it would be high marks all round.
