Reviews

Loved this property and the owners were great. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Seriena-Levi J,

The property has everything you need, it's a home away from home. It's in the most peaceful and wonderful location. We had the most pleasurable experience and didn't want to come home! Best of Wales have been a pleasure to deal with. We've had no hassle and a good amount of information. The property we stayed in was a little bit of heaven on earth.

Phyllippa from D,

Fantastic cottage beautifully situated overlooking the Dyfi estuary. Very comfortable and well equipped. Owner was very helpful. Would love to stay again sometime.

Ms Bea N,

Superb location. Lovely homely cottage with woodburner and spa. Friendly helpful owners.

Mrs Pauline H,

Lovely little cottage. No neighbours except cattle and sheep. You could spent a week just exploring the immediate vicinity. Many different walks start right at your doorstep. Aberystwyth and southern Snowdonia are close by. The owners are lovely and very helpful.

A K,

Had a fabulous long weekend at Gwarcwm Uchaf visiting our daughter who is studying at Aberystwyth. Lovely well equipped property with comfortable beds, amazing views and walks from the doorstep, with the local attractions on Borth beach, Ynis Hir RSPB and Aberystwyth all within a few minutes drive. Particularly loved early morning and evening walks up the hill - absolute serenity and lots of local wildlife, with even swallows nesting in the barn opposite! (Our teens loved the hot tub). Would not hesitate to visit again.

Steven from T,

Wow!!! A beautiful and wonderful cottage in a stunning location. Everything we needed, amazing views, excellent walking from the cottage, hot tub very welcome after a long walk, the owner of the cottage was so helpful, we can't wait to return.

Karen from N,

Property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed that.

Emma from M,

The hot tub and location sells this lovely place! One place we would love to return to!

Emma from S,

A relaxing family break in a beautiful house set in stunning countryside with a view of the sea. The hot tub was great too. We visited Aberystwyth, Machynlleth on market day (Wed), Borth & Clarach. We went on the Rheidol steam railway to Devils Bridge and to the Corris Craft centre (lovely Welsh Rarebit in the cafe here).
