There are a full range of activities on offer within the town of Aberystwyth and the surrounding area, the property is located with the Pendinas nature reserve and Tan Y Bwlch beach right on the doorstep, a short walk into the town and holiday makers can enjoy an abundance of popular pubs, restaurants and cafes and a variety of both local and chain stores. There are a number of attractions available in the town including Constitutional Hill and the Cliff Railway offering unrivalled views along the Cardigan Coastline. Victorian Pier with arcade, snooker hall and restaurant for that traditional seaside experience. Rheidol Valley Railway running between Aberystwyth and the historic village of Devils Bridge. For those seeking a cultural experience there town houses the Welsh National Library, the biggest library in Wales, holding over 6.5 million books and periodicals, and the largest collections of archives, portraits, maps and photographic images in Wales. There are also a number of art galleries located around the town and a recently refurbished museum. Slightly further afield a variety of walking paths and cycling trails can be found.
