Description

Morgan's Retreat is a comfortable and well-presented pet friendly detached property in a quiet cul de sac. Set within the village of Summerhill, a short drive away from Amroth and its lovely beach. This is an ideal base for those who want to explore Pembrokeshire. There is a lovely enclosed courtyard to the side/rear of the property with garden furniture - a great place to sit in the evening sunshine! Just the place for two - and the dogs of course!

Open plan living accommodation with lounge/diner and kitchen area.  The kitchen comprises of a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.  The dining area has a dining table and chairs. The lounge has comfortable sofas with TV and Freesat. On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. Stairs will take you to the light and airy double bedroom with wardrobe. Wi Fi access provided.

There is parking for one car at the front of the property. There is an enclosed courtyard to the rear/side of the property with garden furniture to sit and relax after a busy day exploring Pembrokeshire.

Two pets welcome (small/medium-sized only - property would not be suitable for two very large sized dogs).

Electricity and gas central heating provided.

Bed linen provided, Towels supplied @ £3 per person.

Mobile phone signal weak.

We were walking the coastal path so it was ideally situated at the beginning of the walk in Amroth. Nice size for two people and a dog. We booked the cottage at fairly short notice for a week to walk some of the Pembrokeshire coastal path - if you want a short walk during your stay, start at Amroth and walk to Saundersfoot or on to Tenby and return on the train to Kilgetty and then a taxi back to the cottage.. Ideally situated for the start of the walk. Within easy access of Amroth - suggest the Amroth Arms if you wish to eat out as they have an excellent choice and friendly staff. Although the property is situated within the owners site, this did not feel intrusive. Very clean and it was ideal for two of us and a dog. Good to find a property that is in excellent condition where they will accept pets. Would recommend Well maintained, very clean, good facilities.
