Brynhafod is a particularly comfortable and well-equipped detached bungalow, located in the village of Llandre, 2 miles south east of the pebble and sandy beach at Borth, 6 miles from Aberystwyth and about 14 miles from Machynlleth.

The bungalow has a good-sized fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar. Dining room with table and chairs. Comfortable lounge with electric or open fire (initial supply of fuel provided - please notify in advance if you wish to use the open fire), digital TV, DVD player and WiFi. There are two bedrooms - a double with a TV and DVD player, and a further twin room. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, WC and extractor fan.

Private sunny patios to front and back gardens with garden furniture, and lawned garden to the rear where young children must be supervised for their safety. The rear garden beyond the patio is gated and is unsuitable for the less able and unsupervised children. Neither garden area is enclosed and if a dog is accepted they would need to be kept on a lead. Beautiful views from the garden across the valley. Pub 0.7 mile, shop less than 2 miles. Public tennis courts and children's play area opposite, local golf, leisure centres (Aberystwyth and Machynlleth), Arts Centre, Pier, Promenade and Electric Cliff Railway at Aberystwyth, Vale of Rheidol and mountain railways in the area, Ynyslas sand dunes, Nature reserve, RSPB Reserve, watersports at Aberdyfi, Snowdonia National Park from Machynlleth. Ideal for walkers and country lovers.
