Stunning detached holiday cottage in West Wales with a hot tub. Perfect for a special occasion , family holiday or a group of friends this stylish property is ideally located with great access to Gower, Carmarthen Bay, Penbrokeshire and also the Brecon Beacons National Park.  The open plan living space is stylish whilst also being perfectly practical. The kitchen and dining area offers a great entertaining or gathering space.

The coastline of Carmarthen Bay is only a short drive away with many great beaches to choose from,  one of the closest being the wonderful Cefn Sidan with its golden sands stretching for over 8 miles. Directly opposite the property is a woodland park that teams with wildlife and a great place to walk, mountain bike and enjoy nature. Carreg Cennen Castle is one of the most impressive in Wales and only 20mins away.

 

Ground Floor

Open plan kitchen, dining / entertaining area. Full equipped kitchen with island unit, Neff appliances, double Belfast sink, hot tap,  combination microwave, oven,  dishwasher, bean to cup coffee machine, full sized fridge and freezer with ice maker and filtered water, induction hob, breakfast bar and stools.

Large dining room table with chairs to sit up to 10. TV and a large selection of DVD's ,  books and board games. Bi-folding doors opening out on to rear garden.

Large Lounge with TV, comfy sofas.

Second lounge / reading room with wood burner.

Bathroom with wc, basin and shower unit. Perfectly located near side access door for pre and post hot tub use.

Large rear garden with Hot tub. The lawn is flat and an ideal place for children to enjoy. There is a patio area with garden furniture, perfect for a BBQ.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Electricity & central heating included. Underfloor heating throughout ground floor.

High chair and travel cot . Please request when booking and please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Hot tub not suitable for children under 5.

The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: salt and pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs, new dishcloths and scourer, general larder ingredients such as spices and herbs, oils, vinegars etc. Bathroom: soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet. General cleaning products: bleach, shower cleaner, anti-bacterial spray etc.
