Reviews

The property was well presented with fantastic views of the Estuary and surrounding scenic views. Very quite location, ideal for that extra relaxation and get away from it all hustle and bustle.

Mr Leslie W,

The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and the view from the cottage was brilliant.

A B,

We can highly recommend Tan Y Lach. Very nice owners, helpful with relevant information. Cottage is well equipped and clean. Beautiful view, lots of space around the house, private and quiet. Carmarthen with shops and a charming centre is close by.

Mr Erik K,

We had a really good time and stay at Sharon and Jim's place. They were so welcoming and accommodating of our needs. Jim's wealth of knowledge on how to get around and what to see was most appreciated. The cottage and location were both stunning but so peaceful - very restful. We certainly have found a gem of a place and will be visiting again. Thank you Sharon and Jim. You have a lovely place.

Mrs Judith C,

Third visit. Really love it there. Perfect.

Ms Sheila C,

Very beautiful and tranquil location. Very good cottage with all the necessary equipment. Jim & Sharon are superb hosts. Both help out to find the best places to go, to share information etc... Lovely.

Previous Customer,

Tan y Lan Fach is a beautiful cottage, minutes drive from Llansteffan and Carmarthen, yet away from it all, with a view of the river Towy through to the estuary and Llansteffan Castle in the distance. There's also the shelter of a warm cosy conservatory to take it all in. The cottage has all we needed, hot water all day for showers if you are hiking the trails nearby. The hosts are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (ask about the local ales). We had a wonderful time here for one week, would visit again.
