Reviews

Beautiful, relaxing, comfortable. Wanted to stay much longer. Hosts are perfect. We'll defo return ❤️

Mrs M,

Beautiful cottage in peaceful surroundings, everything you need like a home from home, loved watching the wild life and a walk around extensive gardens would love to go back soon!

Miss L,

Felin Fach is undoubtedly the best self catering accommodation we have found over many years holidaying in Britain, Italy, France and Spain. The tranquil setting is so peaceful, the owners are delightful and extremely helpful. The local pub was excellent and served delicious food. We even had a baby alpaca born whilst we were there! Hopefully we will return in the not too distant future.

Mrs J,

Felin Fach is a very special place, and Andrew and Lynsey are very special hosts, who could not have done more to make us feel welcome. A haven of peace, comfort and seclusion in a beautiful setting - a unique holiday which could not have been bettered.

Dr P,

Felin Fach was a lovely cottage with quality fittings. We enjoyed our stay despite the poor weather at the end of the week. The grounds it is set in are spectacular and it is a shame we couldn't spend a little more time outside. Arthur and George the alpacas were a pleasant diversion, Arthur being a character! Linsey and Andrew are lovely hosts who slide into the background but are there for you if you have any queries. Wonderful to watch the bird life at the feeder (kept topped up by our hosts) as very different to the common ones we have in our garden.

Mrs M,

We had a wonderful stay, a beautiful cottage for two of us to have a quiet and relaxing week away. The kitchen was well equipped, shower was amazing and bed comfortable, but best of all the birdsong and tranquility, with friendly and helpful but not intrusive hosts, make us want to return again.

Previous Customer,

Great week here, very comfortable cottage. Did a fair bit of walking. All in all, great weather and a great week to celebrate our 56th anniversary. Thank you to Andrew and Lynsey.

Previous Customer,

What a joy to be back in this beautiful place. It is an oasis of tranquility during these scary & uncertain times. Lovely to see the new alpaca babies..so cute! How hosts were friendly and helpful as always, we really don't want to go home! We will be back!

Peter and M,

What a lovely, relaxing holiday! Your home with all the cute and romantic features made it possible for us to have a real break from life's struggles. We had an amazing time visiting Poppit Sands beach, llyn Brianne, New Quay and many more. Driving through the Black Mountains was a thrill! Thank you for your hospitality and respectful presence.

Ian B,

Great to be here and stay in your lovely cottage. It was a long way to go but St Davids Cathedral was brilliant and the National Welsh Botanical Gardens were also well worth a visit. We'll be back! Thank you

Alison and A,

We booked a last minute stay at Felin Fach and it was one of our best quick decisions! The cottage and the settings are so beautiful and tranquil, loved the alpacas, loved the area. Andrew and lyndsey were the perfect hosts! Will be back next year.

Tony and M,

Such a beautiful place to stay! Everything you could want. Dogs loved the stream, we loved the house. Newquay is worth a visit if you like a nice beach and quaint surroundings! Thank you so much..

Mrs Sheree T,

Lovely to be able to get away after easing of lockdown restrictions. A privilege to come to such a lovely place, a comfortable well-equipped cottage in beautiful grounds.

Mrs T S,

Lovely cottage, everything perfect! Milo enjoyed the grounds especially the water. Bird watching in the evenings was wonderful. A lovely way to celebrate our Golden Wedding in the Covid times.

Mr A G,

Fabulous - the cottage, the surroundings, the alpacas, the flowers and the birds. We've loved to watch the many different types of birds on the feeder especially the lesser spotted woodpecker! We've enjoyed a couple of strolls to the local pub who were very accommodating in light of the situation we are all currently in. Thank you Andrew and Lynsey for your hospitality and we hope to come back to try the brownies we have read so much about.

Dr A C,

We've had a perfect stay here - very relaxing and comfortable. Lovely hosts and masses to do at a time when it's been hard to do anything...we'd love to come back!

Mr J W,
