A characterful stone cottage set on a farm in 20 acres of beautiful countryside and wildflower meadows is perfect for a couple or a family looking for a restful holiday in West Wales. The property is an ideal base for exploring the Heritage Coastline and the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay. For a family day out with buckets and spades, head to Llangrannog Beach (7 miles), which is also a great spot for water sports enthusiasts who can enjoy surfing and sailing.

This charming two-storey cottage has a cosy feel. Original features, including exposed beams and stone walls, have been thoughtfully combined with superb contemporary comforts, and there is a delightful hand-made Welsh Dragon mosaic to discover. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with plush sofas to sink into at the end of a day exploring. This snug space has a fireplace and a Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a twin with en-suite shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find a king-size room with en-suite bathroom. This room has direct access to the gardens. Outside, you can unwind in your private hot tub watching the sunset or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco in this pretty setting. EV charging point on site - chargeable and payable to the owner via app. 

This part of West Wales is an ideal holiday destination boasting a range of activities to suit all tastes, including walking, cycling, fishing, and golf. Walkers can enjoy stunning coastal views on the Ceredigion Coastal Path (7.5 miles) or head inland and enjoy hiking at Cenarth Falls (9.5 miles) or the nature reserve at Coed Y Foel (7 miles). Cyclists of all ages and abilities can enjoy the nearby Telfi Trail (6 miles) that runs alongside the river. Alternatively, to appreciate the local crafts and artisans, a visit to the National Wool Museum (7 miles) is a must.

Thank you for another wonderful stay at Stone Barn Cottage, the weather wasn't always on our side but we enjoyed every minute. Our daughter loves it here and loved watching her follow the chickens and explore the grounds. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Stone Barn Cottage, we have had a lovely 1st visit and would definitely love to come and visit again soon. The hot tub was a big hit with both the kids and adults. We managed a few nice days and got to see some beautiful beaches near by. We enjoyed an amazing boat trip and saw the dolphins! Thank you.

WOW! We came away for some peace and quiet, and Stone Barn certainly didn't disappoint! What a wonderful cottage you have. From chilling in the hot tub to listening to the birds and trees in the wind, relaxation is where it was at. We were lucky to see the dolphins in the harbour at New Quay and experience the fish and chips from 'Lime Crab.' Had a wonderful stay. Property beautiful with lovely walks and saw lots of early morning wildlife. Would highly recommend a meal at the Ffostrsol Arms, the fish was beautiful and service excellent. Hope we are able to come this way again.

We have had a wonderful stay in your cottage. It was clean, comfortable and very cosy. We loved our time in the hot tub and enjoyed watching the chickens and dogs surrounding the area. Really enjoyed our Sunday Dinner at the Nags Head and our lunch at the Blue Bell at New Quay. Hope to be back and will recommend to our friends.
