Reviews

Excellent rural getaway in striking distance of local beaches and places of interest. Very comfortable and well equipped. The friendly owners were on hand with handy hits if required, without being obtrusive. Nice garden area and lots of walks from the property. Highly recommend!

Mr M,

What a find, it was off the beaten track, very quiet location, beautiful scenery. The owners were close by, but never bothered you, but they were always there to answer questions and very friendly. Bird life was very entertaining, feeders were always in great demand, and the owners provided the food also. A restaurant a mile away, the Daffodil, was so good we went 3 times. Beaches very close and New Quay had Dolphins each day we went, and we went twice.

mr D,

Very cosy cottage, well equipped and great location... so quiet too.

Mr K,

This is an idyllic spot if you are looking to get away from it all. Total silence except the sounds of nature. That was bliss. The cottage is well appointed, there was nothing we lacked. There is plenty to do in the area, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mrs A,

We thoroughly enjoyed our break away at home in Llandysul. The hosts were available, kind , thoughtful and efficient without being intrusive. The cottage setting is heavenly, the cottage itself a great size with really good, reliable facilities. It is well placed as a base to travel around Wales, and if you’re a nature lover, it is ideal. Would love to return there.

Mrs K,

We had a really lovely stay at the cottage. The location is lovely, right on the owner's farm. It was close enough to all the local beaches. The hosts were very kind and had thought of everything. They left milk, eggs, home made jam and Welsh cakes which was a lovely touch. I would recommend this cottage for a lovely short break by the sea.
