Situated on the owners’ working farm, facing away from the farmyard and with its own enclosed garden and patio area to the front, this semi-detached stone cottage is converted from a former farm building. The cottage is single storey, particularly suitable for a small family. WiFi is available and there is central heating throughout. There are sheep and cattle in the surrounding fields, free range hens and ducks on the farmyard. There are plenty of places of interest to visit nearby and the lovely beach at Llangrannog is just 10 miles away. The farm is on the outskirts of Coed y Bryn; the nearby village of Penrhiwllan (2 miles) has a good family pub with meals, a well-stocked village store and Post Office. The pretty market town of Newcastle Emlyn, 6 miles, is also well worth a visit.

Llangrannog, with its long sandy beach, is just 10 miles away and there are many other lovely beaches and picturesque seaside towns along this stretch of coastline, including New Quay, Aberaeron and Aberporth; don’t forget to book a boat trip for dolphin, seal and sea bird spotting!
