Moorhen is one of a group of luxury waterside houses (left of yellow pair in photo) overlooking the Castle Pill Estuary in a quiet residential location just outside Milford Haven. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is about half a mile away and there are lovely sandy beaches and many of Pembrokeshire’s great attractions within easy reach.
Entrance: into a spacious entrance hall with coat hooks and lovely staircase rising to the first floor.
Cloakroom: WC and basin.
Living Room: a lovely open-plan room with two sets of patio doors to the balcony with Estuary views. Sitting area with leather sofas, FreeSat TV and DVD player, WiFi. Dining area with quality oak furniture, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: well fitted and equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Master Bedroom: with king size bed, en suite shower room and Juliet balcony overlooking the Estuary.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds, en suite shower room and Juliet balcony overlooking the Estuary.
Bedroom 3: with zip and link beds; please specify super king size or twin on booking; Juliet balcony.
Bathroom: with shower over the bath, WC, basin, heated towel rail.
Outside: Balcony patio area overlooking the Estuary, with garden furniture and a brick built stand for portable barbecues. Parking areas at each end of the row of properties. Secure storage is available for bikes, kayaks etc and communal steps lead down to the waterfront.
A paradise for birdwatchers, canoeists and fishing, and about 15 minutes’ walk to Milford Haven for theatre/cinema/gallery, boating and children's activities, museum, marina with pubs, restaurants and boutique shops. Beaches such as Dale (sailing, windsurfing etc), Marloes, Little Haven and Broad Haven are within easy reach, and there are boat trips to the bird sanctuary island of Skomer from nearby Martin's Haven.

Lovely house with beautiful views, well equipped.
Enjoyed being out and about on the western side and across to Tenby . Also went to Stackpole quay and walked round to barafundle bay which was lovely , my daughter went swimming. Saundersfoot was lovely , harbour car park and good beach and some lovely individual shops
