Description

Enjoying fantastic views over Newgale Sands, Skomer and Grassholm islands and the surrounding countryside, 1 Ty Melyn (cream property in photo - see also 2 Ty Melyn WAV302) is just 400 yards from the beach and 200 yards from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Newgale, with pub and cafe, is between Haverfordwest and St David's, each about 8 miles away.

This wonderfully located, self-contained accommodation is on the first floor of this large detached house, but has level access from the parking area. The living room has a wonderful south-facing picture window to take advantage of the sea views, and is also good for birdwatching! The room is traditionally furnished and equipped with Freeview TV, DVD player, WiFi and an electric fire. The fitted kitchen, also with lovely views, includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a twin bedroom, a fully tiled bathroom with electric shower over the bath.  Oil-fired central heating, electric panel heaters and a payphone.

Newgale Sands is a long, sandy beach, and there are other lovely beaches and coves along this attractive stretch of coastline, including some excellent surfing beaches. St David's, Britain's smallest city with its dramatic Cathedral, is 8 miles away. Boat trips are available to Skomer Island, a haven for Puffins, Manx Shearwaters and other seabirds.

Electricity and heating included

Reviews

We have been coming to this property for years ... fantastic views etc but the standard of cleanliness has been consistently excellent

Mrs Anne Hargett,

At least it hasn't snowed! We have had rain, thick mist and brilliant sunshine - and a fantastic week in this lovely flat! Thank you so much.

Mr F J Kilner,

We have had a superb holiday in this lovely, very clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment. The views from the windows are beautiful! We never needed the TV on. Love the area and hope to be back.

Mrs Joan Slater,
