Penbrist is a superb semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Rosebush within the Preseli Hills (National Park). 9 miles south of the coast at Newport and 12 miles north east from Haverfordwest, ideally placed for walking and exploring Pembrokeshire. This property is well presented - perfect for relaxing with the family after those long walks.

Penbrist has a fitted kitchen including washing machine and freezer, and a lovely bright and spacious lounge/dining room with beams, large oil-fired stove in fireplace, dining table and 6 chairs, books, Freeview TV, DVD player, DVDs, hi-fi and MP3/iPod dock. Large conservatory with sofa, cane chairs, dining table and 4 chairs, and doors to the patio and garden. The ground floor bathroom has a WC, bath with shower over and tumble dryer. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en suite WC and basin, and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings. The large landing is a well-designed space and includes a good quality double bed settee. This cottage can sleep 4 comfortably, although 6 people can stay with the use of the bed settee on the landing (but please note there is limited comfortable seating for 6 people).

Front garden with lawn and shrubs, and an enclosed rear garden with patio and steps up to the lawn with garden furniture. 0.25 mile to a pub. Excellent walking with plenty of footpaths giving a variety of walks around the village. Rosebush Reservoir and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path nearby. Llys-y-Fran reservoir for walking, fishing, boating and restaurant. 28 miles to the UK's smallest city, St David's and 21 miles to Tenby.
