A spacious period town house with many original features, in Pembroke town, walking distance to the historic castle, many shops, restaurants, pubs and art galleries.
An elegant townhouse with a grand entrance hall which can be used for table tennis or miniature billiards, with original Victorian mosiac tiled floor and fire place, leads through to a small flight of stairs to large drawing room with TV, Wifi, DVD and a beautiful bay window opening onto the terrace overlooking the rear of Pembroke onto the park. There is a superb large dining room and a downstairs twin bedroom. Stairs lead down to the original kitchen with flagstone floor and large AGA giving a cosy feeling, original pantry and a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, microwave oven,and freezer. Separate utility room with Belfast sink, a washing machine and tumble drier. Cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. The back door leads out to a rear lawn and garden with patio and garden furniture. There are five bedrooms on the upper floors, two double bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet, bidet and whb. One bedroom with three single beds and a further double bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs. Two family bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet and whb. A shower room with toilet and whb.

Off road parking for 2 cars. On road parking for limited periods adjacent to the house. Unlimited on-road parking a short distance away.

Lovely property, well maintained and furnished. Ideal for a large family to holiday in.
The house was in a perfect location and not affected by traffic noise even though it's location was on the high st. The enclosed garden and wonderful views felt like you were in the countryside. The house was huge inside and provided plenty of space for 3 generations. A fantastic property perfectly situated for visiting beaches and trails outside of Pembroke. The enclosed garden offered great views as did the upper terrace. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and the bedrooms were big and roomy.
The property is situated on a main Rd, we were a bit apprehensive as we had young children and a dog but all was well. The property is outstanding, tastefully decorated and met all our needs. Parking wasn't a problem, we had 4 cars between us, two parking spaces was allocated with the property and we could park on the Road just a few mins from property. 5 mins walk to the castle and a 10 min drive to nearest beach.
Warm and comfortable and spacious so plenty of room for all generations to enjoy themselves without affecting others.
