A cosy first floor apartment situated in a quiet spot just 5 minutes walk from the beach and harbour in Saundersfoot set in Coedrath a development of similar properties with communal lawns. Saundersfoot village is just a 5 minute stroll with has a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
External staircase to first floor. Entrance into hall with door to lounge with dining area. Large open plan living accommodation, lounge area with comfortable seating, colour TV, kitchen area has electric cooker/hob, fridge with icebox & microwave oven. Saundersfoot village has many restaurants shops, good pubs serving food. The harbour has boat trips going daily for sight -seeing and fishing. Walk through the tunnels taking you to Wiseman's Bridge where there is a lovely pub right on the beach.
Walk along the many coastal paths this part of Pembrokeshire has to offer. Take a ride on the land train taking you from the harbour car park listening to the history of Saundersfoot and taking in all the scenery along the way.
Tenby is a great place to visit with three stunning beaches, a harbour where boat trips can be purchased and a small town with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Tenby has its own museum and daily boat trips from the harbour to Caldey Island.
