Trevelyn is a spacious detached bungalow set back from the main road which leads into the popular seaside resort of Tenby and Saundersfoot with their superb sandy beaches, harbours & shops.

Enter the property into a large spacious hallway, leading to the lounge with feature fireplace & TV. Continue through the archway into a lovely family dining room which then leads into the fully fitted kitchen with split level cooker, hob and microwave oven. There is a further utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer. There are three generous bedrooms, one double bedroom, a second double room with additional single bed and a third bedroom with three single beds. All beds have duvets and linen provided with beds made up for your arrival. There is a good sized family bathroom with bath, toilet,whb and separate shower cubicle. There is a second toilet accessed from outside.

There is a patio with garden furniture and BBQ to sit and enjoy the rural views to the rear of the property.

Central Heating - £20 payable to owner on arrival.

Electricity - £1 Coin Meter.

Ample parking to the front of the property & use of the garage.
