Description

Ocean Point is a spacious well-presented bungalow positioned on the outskirts of Saundersfoot.  With its own private driveway to the front of the property, a short car journey will take you into the centre of Saundersfoot - it's a great location. 

Enter into a hallway through to the lounge with comfortable seating, TV & DVD. follow through to the dining area & large kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer & microwave. There are three bedrooms, a master double room, a 2nd double bedroom with 3/4 bed & a twin room. The family bathroom is fitted with bath, separate shower, toilet & whb.

There is a narrow fully enclosed gardern to the rear overlooking the fields.

Electricity: Included      Heating: £10 required on booking from 1st Sept - 30th April.

Parking: Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Pets: 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Short Breaks: Short breaks accepted throughout year but not in peak weeks.
