The Lookout is a beautiful modern duplex townhouse in close proximity to the coastal resort of Saundersfoot. The beach being just 0.6 mile away. Entrance with stairs up to first floor and stairs down to the ground floor. Stair gate fixed from the stairs leading into open plan living space.  On the ground floor there is a king sized bedroom with leads out onto a patio garden equipped with garden furniture.  There is a twin bedded room and a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash basin. A travel cot, highchair & stairgate are all provided.

The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are on the first floor. Open plan living area with flat screen tv/dvd, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/drier and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs. With lovely views towards Saundersfoot Bay. Wi Fi Access.

Patio garden with garden furniture to the rear. Private parking for 1 car. Garage for storage of bikes/surf boards etc available upon request. Visitor's spaces may be available.
