The Retreat is slightly elevated giving it the lovely sea views. Saundersfoot has beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants only a 10 minute walk. With Tenby just 3 miles away this property is well situated for all local attractions.

The Retreat is a spacious detached (upside down) house ideal for 10 guests in Saundersfoot. From the hallway enter the lounge/dining room with TV, Freeview, Wifi. Enjoy the balcony with stunning sea views. There is a good-sized kitchen, again with sea views equipped with Electric cooker, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Walk in shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. The stairs lead down to 4 bedrooms, 1 room with two doubles with wall mounted TV with built in DVD player, 1 Triple room (1 Double & and 1 single bed) with wall mounted TV and built in DVD player and  1 Single room with wall mounted TV and built in DVD player.all with bed linen provided and beds made up for your arrival. The family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet.

There is a large enclosed garden accessed via a patio door from the double bedroom with sitting out area and lawn which slopes away from the property. The garden is enclosed and dog friendly.

Heating: Central Heating and Electricity included.

Parking: Parking for 2 cars.

Pets: 1 pet welcome.

Short Breaks: accepted but not in peak weeks.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Highchair and stairgate provided. Saturday – Saturday changeover day. Wi-Fi.

Modern, clean, well equipped holiday let ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Family of 5, 3 children (all over 10 years old) & a dog. Easily enough room for us all in this very modern property. It would suit two families of 4 if you don’t mind sharing. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs.The upside down layout suited us but the unenclosed garden was a shame for the dog but he was allowed on the beach a 10 minute walk away (uphill on the way back!). Overall a great house in a lovely location-the views from the balcony were lovely. Thank you.
