Ty'r Gwalch holiday cottage, Solva is named after the buzzards that are often seen flying overhead. Located in Nine Wells, 1 mile from Solva and 2 miles from St Davids in North Pembrokeshire, this coastal cottage has panoramic views of the sea and St. Brides Bay from its large south facing balcony. An ideal location for walking, sailing or simply relaxing amongst the shops, galleries and restaurants set in beautiful scenery.

Well equipped kitchen with hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine. Freezer space is also available.
2 bedrooms: 1 king and 1 twin. The bathroom has a full suite plus shower in the bath.

The south facing patio with garden furniture has sea views over farmland and opens onto a large grassed field. A large shared lawn area with a gate is ideal for children to play in and walk dogs (please ensure that dogs are supervised and on a lead at all times)

Nestled in between Solva and St Davids, the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal path is only a short walk away from Ty'r Gwalch holiday cottage, Solva, via Porth-y-Rhaw.
Solva (1 mile) is known as the jewel of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is situated on the beautiful West Wales coast. An ideal location for walking, sailing, fishing or simply relaxing amongst the shops, galleries and restaurants set in beautiful scenery. For such a small village Solva has quite a few places to eat and drink and many of these establishments specialise in fresh local seafood dishes. You will find several local pubs providing great food and atmosphere, there is also a local shop that includes a post office, newsagent and many holiday items such as fishing tackle and beach items. Children will enjoy the crab fishing in Solva harbour and you can even purchase some freshly caught Solva lobster and crab for a nice BBQ. Sailboat and water activity courses can also be booked from the quay.
St Davids (2 miles) is a beautiful and unique city surrounded by some of the finest coastline in Europe. Situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park St Davids is surrounded by spectacular coastal scenery renowned for its beauty and abundance of wildlife. St Davids Cathedral has been the dominant presence since the 12th century and was a popular pilgrimage destination throughout the Middle Ages and indeed remains so to this day attracting thousands of visitors every year. Adjacent to the cathedral stand the magnificent ruins of the medieval Bishops Palace. The city of St Davids has a great deal to offer every visitor.
Caerfai Bay – The closest sandy beach to Ty'r Gwalch holiday cottage, Solva. Caerfai is a lovely sandy beach perfect for families. Its position provides shelter from the prevailing winds. 3.0 miles
Newgale- It's a magnificent two mile long stretch of wide flat sand with a huge pebble bank behind it. Powerful swells roll in here at all times of the year. 3.8 miles
