Didn't like the persistent orders not to turn up before 5pm - after a long drive it was unreasonable to expect us to wait outside the door for half and hour before having a cup of tea. TV instructions were non existent and it wasn't easy. Parking was tricky. No cleaning materials for toilets or work surfaces at all.
