Woodbine Cottage is a super Grade II listed four bedroomed property, dating back to the 18th century and located within the historic town walls of Tenby and benefiting from its own parking for one vehicle, public car parks are nearby. It is just 50 yards from the Paragon and the golden sands of South Beach and a minute to walk to the shops and bars of Tenby centre. A quality cottage in a perfect location.

This property has a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, Freeview, CD player and Wifi access. The large dining room adjoins one of the reception rooms and has seating for 8 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances, electric oven,5 burner gas hob, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a large fridge/freezer, tumble drier and washing machine in the utility room. The small ground floor bedroom has a truckle bed that converts into either 2 singles or 1 double. The downstairs wet room has travertine tiling and incorporates a shower, WC and whb. The stairs lead to 3 bedrooms, two having king-sized beds with bay frontage overlooking Caldey Island. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds are made up for your arrival. The family bathroom has oak flooring, roll top bath, Matki shower, heated towel rail,whb and WC.

Outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed and private slate tiled courtyard with patio furniture.

Parking for 1 car to front of property.
