Located at the far end of a mews terrace of modern properties just beyond the boatyard in central Abersoch, 1 Afon y Felin provides contemporary accommodation for a family looking to make the most of having all the restaurants, shops and beaches of this popular destination just a few minutes’ walk away.

The property benefits from WiFi, basic SKY TV, DVD player and a shower room with WC off the entrance hallway, perfect when coming back from a beach day. The living area has the lounge open to the kitchen with includes gas hob and oven, integrated dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The dining area with wicker sofa and glass topped table is in the conservatory and there is a washing machine housed in the cupboard under the stairs.

On the first floor, there is spacious kingsize bedroom featuring a small balcony with boatyard views. Two smaller bedrooms, both with double beds, overlook the courtyard to the back of the house and the family bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. Up again to the second floor is the master double bedroom with Velux windows in the eaves, a flat screen TV and an ensuite with a large shower cubicle.

The rear paved courtyard is fully enclosed and provides a great space for al-fresco dining with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue. To the side of the property there is a big private parking area with space for up to three cars.
