There is a dining area with table and chairs and a well-equipped fitted kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, Krups Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. A utility area on the ground floor houses the freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC. There are two bedrooms; an elegant bedroom with king size bed and a pretty twin room. Also on this floor is the stylish shower room with large contemporary shower.

Outside is the wide balcony with table and chairs and open shared lawn space. Parking is on the road to the front of the property
