Description

In an elevated position in the Bwlchtocyn area, just next to a working farm and under a mile and a half from the beaches and amenities of Abersoch, Bryn Siriol offers elegant accommodation, finished to a high standard. This detached cottage is pretty both indoors and out and is in a great location for exploring Abersoch, Hell’s Mouth and the surrounding stunning Llyn Peninsula.

The bright lounge with coastal styling and furnished with a comfy sofa and armchairs, offers a cosy feel with a multi-fuel burner as a focal point. TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player. A couple of steps down from the lounge brings you to the well-equipped, stylish kitchen with dining area. Electric oven and ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and a microwave.

All mainly on the same level are the two double bedrooms and the twin bedroom, all with lovely countryside and sea views and the modern family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to a two tier decked terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue and the rest of the front garden is laid to lawn with planted borders. There is off-road parking  for up 2 or 3 cars and steps from here take you to the rear grassed garden with more garden furniture and fantastic, far-reaching views.
