Description

Less than half a mile from the beaches and amenities of Abersoch, and close to Aberuchaf Craft Studios, Ger y Coed is a well-maintianed bungalow providing modern and stylish accommodation for six people with spacious living areas and three bedrooms.

An open fire is the central feature of the roomy living and dining area which also offers double doors out onto the lovely rear garden; large flatscreen TV with Sky movies, Blu-Ray DVD player and WiFi. The shaker style kitchen is well-equipped with double oven and hob, larder style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a small table and chairs for 2, great for breakfast. The kingsize and double bedrooms are both at the front of the property and the twin room, which benefits from a flatscreen TV and PS3 console, has views to the rear garden. The family bath/shower room has a traditional feel and there is a further cloakroom with WC and hand basin. 

The front garden is well-maintained featuring pretty borders and on the drive, there is plenty of parking with space for up to 4 cars/boats. The rear garden has a lawned area and a raised deck with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. A perfect property for relaxing and entertaining.
