Gwelfryn is a bright and spacious semi-detached house in an excellent central location in the village of Abersoch and just a short walk to Abersoch's harbour, shops, restaurants, bars and beaches, and close to Aberuchaf Craft Studios and cafe. The attached self-contained garden flat makes a great addition for those looking to come on holiday with the family whilst maintaining their privacy.

Gwelfryn House offers modern accommodation across three floors. The entrance porch has room for shoes and beach wear; this leads to a light and airy living room to the front, with a lovely fireplace, stylish white leather sofas, Freeview TV and WiFi. The large kitchen diner to the rear is perfect for the whole family to dine together, with a pretty painted wooden table and chairs for 8, breakfast bar with 2 stools, decorative alcoves and cupboards with games, views over the rear garden. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, larder style fridge/freezer and flat screen TV. There are five bedrooms; on the first floor is a master bedroom with double bed and feature fireplace. The second double also has a feature fireplace, TV and views over the garden. The third double is at the front of the house. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with roll top bath and large tiled corner shower.  On the second floor are two single rooms in the eaves, both with some restricted head space. On the lower ground floor is a one bedroom self-contained garden flat with a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. This garden flat can be accessed through its own entrance to the rear.

Outside, is an enclosed lawned garden with flower beds, a sun deck with garden furniture and off-road parking for up to two cars.
