Lovely location, helpful owners, home from home. Second visit to Beudy Menai and it didn't disappoint. Lovely location, so peaceful and secluded, with wonderful views. This visit we hardly used the car and walked along the beautiful lanes in every direction. A couple of miles walk (steep hill!) will get you to Y Felinheli. The port is worth a wander, and you can get to the coastal path along the Menai Strait at Vaynol from here. The bus from Y Felinheli will take you to Caernarfon or Bangor for £3.50 and you can travel the route all day for that, buses every 15 minutes, with good connections to get further afield. The owners Stephen and Sian were super helpful as our holiday was delayed a few days, as were Best of Wales. We can't thank either of them highly enough for the lovely support and help we received. Thoroughly recommend Beudy Menai and Best of Wales. Customer service is exceptional, wouldn't hesitate to use again.Deborah from Warwickshire - 8th October 2018

Brilliant few days. Property owners were excellent and made us feel very welcome on our arrival. The property is remote but ideal for getting away from it all (car needed). Great watching the activity on the bird feeders (woodpeckers, nuthatch, pheasants etc...even squirrels). We did a rib boat trip to Puffin Island..absolutely brilliant. My wife and her sister zipwired. We walked Snowdon. Great eating at the Boathouse at Red Wharf Bay, Fu's in Caernarfon.David from Stowmarket - 26th May 2017
We were all really impressed with the property, it had everything we needed. The property owners were also very very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed.
We loved climbing mount Snowdon and going to Zip World.Friends from Wiltshire - 17th April 2017
Very welcoming host and a very comfortable stay. It is in quite a remote location which is very peaceful but you certainly need a car.Family from Lancashire - 17th April 2017
Beudy Menai was the perfect place to stay. The owners Sian and Stephen were incredibly hospitable, the farm stunning and the property beautifully restored and extremely comfortable - we felt very much at home. Our stay there was our favourite place for our whole holiday in the the UK and Ireland. We would heartily recommend Beudy Menai to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable visit to North Wales. Snowdonia National Park was very beautiful and our trip to Caernarfon was a great day out. We also enjoyed spending some time in the local village and just relaxing at Beudy Menai. We also really enjoyed hearing the Welsh language.Anna from Australia - 2nd November 2016
