The town of Caernarfon, with its majestic castle, is 6 miles away, Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon, 5 miles and ZipWorld Velocity zip wire at Bethesda also 5 miles.

"Don't miss Greenwood Forest Park just down the road, this is a perfect family day out with a scary water slide, people powered roller coaster and an indoor play area which is open all year. Its a really lovely location as well with outdoor entertainment during the school holidays, my daughter still loves it and she is a teenager!"  from Jacky, our local property manager

Reviews

Our stay at this property was enjoyable. Comfortable and warm and in a great location. Ideally situated for our explorations of Anglesey and the Snowdon mountain range.

Mrs Lisa Warrent,

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location but within easy reach of the local sights and attractions. Comfortable beds, cosy bedding and great bath and shower. A home from home. The scenery in Wales is exceptional. Favourites were Llanberis and Snowdon Conwy and Llandudno.

Mrs Tina Knuckey,

We all had a lovely holiday at Yr Efail, it was home from home, very comfortable and the beds were really good. The owner was really helpful and left us a welcome package which was very much appreciated on our arrival. It was great to wake up in the morning go outside and look at the mountains and watch the birds. It was easy to find the local shops and the location was ideal for visiting lots of villages and towns all within a short drive, from Snowdonia, to Llandudno, Conwy, the Great Orme, Bangor or Beaumaris. A week was not long enough, we will need to visit again to continue our explorations.

Mrs Rosemary Carney,

Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble, property superb

Mr Michael Darlington,

C Smith,
