Description
An attractive, detached stone house near Dolgellau dating back in part over 400 years with beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and fireplaces. Cae Llechi enjoys a secluded elevated location near Llanfachreth (final approach via track over field) with wonderful panoramic views, 5 miles north of Dolgellau in Snowdonia National Park.
This house has a spacious fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and a door to the rear garden. The dining room has a table with eight chairs, and a woodburner in the beautiful stone fireplace (logs provided). Extensive natural gardens (unfenced stream and rocky outcrops make it unsuitable for toddlers or the infirm), large patio with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking the river and with stunning far-reaching views; paddock for guests' horses. Superb walking from the door, renowned Coed-y-Brenin mountain biking nearby and the house has good bike washing facilities, coast 14 miles.
