A detached, well-maintained and modern bungalow at Fairbourne in a residential area within easy walking distance of the shops, station and pebble-banked sandy beach, approximately 8 miles south west of Dolgellau.

53 Belgrave Road has a newly fitted kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Guests have access to a tumble dryer which is found in the garage. The sitting room has a coal-effect fire, drop-leaf table with fold-up chairs if they were required, Freeview TV, DVD player and radio. From the sitting room, there is access into the conservatory which also has a dining table and chairs, and a seating area. There are three bedrooms - the first has a double bed, the second has full-sized bunk beds, and the third room can either be made up as a king size or twin depending on guests preference. Bathroom has a shower over the bath. Free WiFi and phone for incoming and local calls. Heating by electric panel radiators.

Patio doors from the conservatory lead out to the enclosed, lawned rear garden. The cottage also has a small garden to the front. Attractions nearby include the Fairbourne Steam Railway, sea fishing, local pony trekking, excellent walking and mountain biking. There is a leisure centre at Dolgellau, and cinema at Tywyn, 11 miles away. Amusement arcade at Fairbourne with cafe and ice cream parlour. This is a great location for exploring both the mountains and the coastline of the south Snowdonia National Park.
