Snowdonia & the Lleyn Peninsula Events - June
Summer is just around the corner and there are plenty of events taking place in the Snowdonia and National Park areas that get you out into the glorious landscape and having a great time!

Etape Eryri has now been established as one of the UK’s best cycling events. Compete in this challenge and cycle through the spectacular Snowdonia National Park, as well as enjoying the live music and family based activities held in the town centre. The route lengths vary depending on how much of a challenge you would like to take on. From the four routes on offer, you can choose between 47 miles, 76 miles, 103 miles, or the longest route at 226 miles! If you would like to enter as a family, the organisers have arranged a 6 mile route. Due to it’s popularity, prior booking is essential. Details can be found on their website.

The Salomon brand are proud to be the headline sponsors of this impressive event as all the runners have a great experience in stunning surroundings with a wonderful atmosphere. This year there looks likely to be over 1200 competitors for the full or half marathons that take you through the forestry and heathland of this world-renowned sporting venue within the Snowdonia National Park. With only one lap over well-marked trails you may even also manage to enjoy the setting as well as feeling a pronounced sense of achievement.
